What are the deployment and target orbits?
87.4° 450x450 km ---> 1200 km
84.7° is a typo (the same procedure as last time.)
payload 5797 kg

The third starting day at the Vostochny cosmodrome
10/13/2021 09:15
At the Vostochny cosmodrome, intensive preparations are continuing for the launch of the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle with the Fregat upper stage and 36 new OneWeb spacecraft. Today, a joint crew of specialists from subsidiaries of the State Corporation Roscosmos has started to perform operations on the third launch day.
The day before, work was carried out according to the schedule of the second launch day, which ended with general tests - checking the functioning of the systems of the launch complex with an imitation of the separation of the launch vehicle, its flight to the separation of the orbital block. The main content of the work today is the pouring of the filling system with highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide and the cooling of the fuel.
At 04:30 Moscow time (10:30 local time), the initial state and charge of the batteries of the OneWeb spacecraft were monitored. At 08:10 Moscow time, the pouring of the refueling system with highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide began, then the attachment of the refueling hoses to the Soyuz-2.1b / Fregat / OneWeb space rocket and the final operations.
On Thursday morning, a meeting of the State Commission will take place, where decisions will be made on refueling the Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with propellants and launching at the appointed time. The launch of the Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with the Fregat upper stage and 36 OneWeb spacecraft is scheduled for October 14, 2021 at 12:40 Moscow time. This will be the sixth fully commercial launch from Vostochny, carried out under contracts between Glavkosmos (part of Roscosmos) and the European launch services provider Arianespace, Starsem, for OneWeb from this cosmodrome. OneWeb spacecraft are designed to create a space communications system that provides high-speed Internet access anywhere on Earth.

The State Commission decided to launch from Vostochny on October 14
10/14/2021 07:58
At the Vostochny cosmodrome in the Amur Region, a meeting of the State Commission was held, at which the issues of the readiness of the space rocket as part of the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle of the Fregat upper stage and 36 new OneWeb vehicles in the framework of mission 49 were considered. of the passed tests, the members of the commission decided to refuel the launch vehicle and launch it at 12:40:10 Moscow time on October 14, 2021.
In accordance with the pre-launch schedule, Roscosmos specialists at 08:10 Moscow time will begin work on refueling the rocket with propellants: highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide, liquid oxygen and nitrogen, as well as kerosene. After that, at 10:45 Moscow time, the final operations will begin at the launch complex: withdrawal of the maintenance cabin into the niche of the launch structure, an automatic pre-launch cycle of the control system, withdrawal of the mobile maintenance tower, as well as restoration of the spacecraft separation system to the flight configuration.
Watch the live broadcast of prelaunch operations, launch and flight of the launch vehicle on the official pages of the State Corporation Roscosmos in social networks and in the section "Live broadcasts" from 11:30 Moscow time.

The 11th launch of the OneWeb program took place
10/14/2021 12:50
Today, October 14, 2021, at 12:40:10 Moscow time, the launching crews of the subsidiaries of the State Corporation Roscosmos at the Vostochny cosmodrome launched a space rocket as part of the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle, the Fregat upper stage and 36 OneWeb spacecraft as part of mission 49. After 562 seconds, at 12:49:32 Moscow time, the upper stage on a suborbital flight trajectory separated from the third stage of the rocket. This launch was the 17th launch of Russian space rockets in 2021.
According to telemetry information from the Central Information Center of Roskosmos, the launch, separation of stages and the orbital block were fully completed in normal mode. After that, the Fregat upper stage continued to put 36 vehicles into orbit. To launch them into a target circular orbit with an altitude of 450 kilometers, an "accelerator" produced by the S.А. Lavochkin (part of the Roscosmos State Corporation) will turn on the main engine twice. In accordance with the flight cyclogram, the separation of satellites is planned in nine stages at different points of the orbit in the interval from 13:58 Moscow time to 16:31 Moscow time on October 14, 2021. With this launch, the OneWeb LEO constellation will increase by another 36 satellites and will reach 358.
Today's launch was the sixth commercial launch from the Vostochny cosmodrome, implemented under contracts between Glavkosmos (part of Roscosmos) with the European launch services provider Arianespace (operator of OneWeb spacecraft launches using Soyuz-2 launch vehicles) and Starsem for the satellite operator. group OneWeb from the Russian cosmodrome.
The Soyuz-2 launch vehicle was developed on the basis of the Soyuz-U serial rocket. The lead developer is the Progress Rocket and Space Center (Samara, part of Roscosmos). Upgraded propulsion systems and modern control and measurement systems are used on launch vehicles of the Soyuz-2 family, which improves technical and operational characteristics. Structurally "Soyuz-2", like all missiles of the "Soyuz" family, is made according to the scheme of longitudinal-transverse division of rocket stages. In combination with the Fregat upper stage, it is intended for launching spacecraft into low-earth orbits of various heights and inclinations, including geo-transfer and geostationary orbits, as well as departure trajectories.
Liquid-propellant rocket engines RD-107A and RD-108A are used at the first and second stages of the launch vehicle, and at the third stage, the four-chamber RD-0124. With the help of RD-107 and RD-108 developments of the Scientific and Production Association "Energomash" named after academician V.P. Glushko (Khimki, part of Roscosmos) reliably ensures the implementation of the domestic program of manned flights and spacecraft launch. To date, work has been carried out to modernize the basic RD-107 engines for the first stage and RD-108 engines for the second stage - 18 modifications for various programs.
