Hard to tell from recorded audio, but it was a detonation type crack, like SN4, not the normal Bleve type sound.

Two engines failed to relight for flip, vehicle was out of proper position for landing, Flight Termination System self activated.

I thought this had already been posted - from the NWS - Brownsville/Rio Grande Valley Facebook page. The SN11 RUD and resultant vapor trail was captured on Doppler radar.

My contacts at SpaceX are saying something very similar. AFTS terminated the vehicle due to vehicle moving out of the allowed corridor for relight and landing. AFTS triggered several hundreds of feet above ground level.

This appears to be a different debris hotline than what SpaceX previously established coordinated with NASA and other agencies for CRS-7. The email is the same "recovery" email, but the phone number is different.
