With no news about launch preparations or even NOTAMs, I'm now sure that the closures at Wenchang were related with the arrivel of the second CZ-7A to the launch site.

Long March 8 Y2 launch delayed to February 2022, will include the first batch of Spacety's Tianxian satellites:
Chinese partnership to create Tianxian SAR satellite constellation [dated Oct. 8]
HELSINKI — A Chinese state-owned enterprise and a private firm are partnering to establish a 96-satellite SAR constellation, with the first launch set for February 2022.
The 38th institute of the giant state-owned enterprise China Electronics Technology Group (CETC) will work with private satellite manufacturer Spacety to construct a X and C-band synthetic aperture radar constellation named Tianxian. The constellation will consist of 96 small satellites launched into various planes.
The announcement was made at the recent Zhuhai Airshow in south China, which concluded Oct. 3. A contract was signed with the China Great Wall Industry Corp. (CGWIC) for launch of the first batch of satellites on the second Long March 8 in February 2022. A further launch is scheduled for Q3 2020 [typo, actually Q3 2022 in their press release] according to Spacety.

Though it was scheduled to be launched for Hainan-1 x 4 by JL-1(SD-1) in 2019, but it might be this Sunday.
“海南一号”卫星预计年底搭乘“捷龙一号”火箭上天
“海南一号”一期4颗光学卫星计划今年底择机发射
Source? Previous reports had them going on the next LM-8 instead (early next year AFAIK).

ADA Space raises $55.6 million in Series B round [dated Nov. 29]
The company says it aims to accelerate the development of the “Xingshidai” AI satellite constellation. Early plans called for a network of 192 satellites.
<snip>
ADA Space also signed a deal in September with China Great Wall Industry Corp., a commercial arm of China’s main space contractor CASC, to launch its new, self-developed fourth-generation AI satellite on the second Long March 8 rocket.
The launcher is set to fly with multiple payloads from the coastal Wenchang spaceport in February 2022.

The contract said the Tiānxiān Xīngzuò (天仙星座) will be launched by CZ-8 February 2022 from Wéngchāng.

Threads should be merged and title renamed to reflect the fact that Long March 8 Y2 is a multi-payload rideshare mission.
