Super Heavy Booster 4 was lifted onto the Orbital Launch Mount for a second time, potentially for fit checks. Meanwhile, work on Ship 20's Thermal Protection System Tiles, the foundation for the new High Bay, and the Chopstick arms continued.

With Booster 4 now resting on the Orbital Launch Mount, work continues to prepare the Mount for testing and ultimately orbital launches from Boca Chica. Meanwhile, Ship 20's Thermal Protection Tile work appears to be nearing the end with only a small amount of red and green tags still visible.

Two screens, same RVac.

A very likely sign Ship 20 testing will pick up in the coming days. Likely proof testing with engines installed, then turnaround for Static Fire testing.

And installed a overnight:

What’s this? A shiny barrel in the high bay?

Wasting no time, the SpaceX crews have already placed the first section of B5 in the high bay. Watch it grow as the days go by! #Starbase

Say goodbye to GSE-7, because this is the last time you’ll see it out of its shell!

This cryo shell has been sitting there all week. It’s nice of the SpaceX crew to lift it before I head home. 😂

How do you keep the cryo shell from bumping the GSE tank as it sways in the wind?

Big red beach balls, of course!

Super Heavy Booster 5’s Common Dome Section appeared in the High Bay as stacking of the next booster begins. B5’s Forward Dome was spotted on the sleeving stand with the forward barrel section nearby, the final remaining section of SN6 were scrapped, and a Raptor Vacuum (RVac) engine was moved to the Launch Site, presumably for installation on Ship 20.

A couple of high resolution shots of Starship 20 nose this evening. I can only count about 10 tiles with stickers remaining from this angle plus the blank white spots that need tiled. Getting very close now. 😀

A New Claw Arm is spotted near the Catch Arms at the Launch Site. It is unclear if they are for Mechazilla's catching system or for the Quick Disconnect Arm. Meanwhile, Booster 4 remains sitting on the Orbital Launch Mount ready to begin its test campaign.

(Don’t get too excited about the graphic. It’s been woefully out of date for a long time. No fins/legs are expected for B6)

Interesting that the new official SpaceX render doesn't have the new flap position, or the heatshield tiles extending beyond the flaps like on Ship 20 🤔
