If they move the launches between now and then to SLC-40 its because 40 can carry the full load. I don't think SpaceX is going to miss out on any launch opportunities because of the FH on LC39A.
So far, Starlink 6-60 and 6-61 are skipped over. Something out of the ordinary planned for one or both? Like Starshield rideshare?
How many more Group 6 launches does SpaceX need to fill the shell?
Is pad 39A undergoing maintenance? Seems kind of dormant. Last flight was on the 23rd, and nothing in the near future.
2 days after last VSFB launch and no planned dates?31st 5th and 10th planned dates for pad 40seems quite a difference.
Near-term not-Starlink launch schedule; also noting LC-39A use:✅️ Turksat 6A (Jul 8 UTC, SLC-40)<LC-39A will be open for Falcon 9 launch campaigns until ~10 September, when preparations there for Europa Clipper should begin.>Arctic Satellite Broadband Mission (Jul 16 H2 Jul NET 10 14, SLC-4E)Transporter-11 (late Jul 10 NET 18, SLC-4E)Polaris Dawn (NET Jul 31 late, LC-39A SLC-40)Cygnus NG-21 (Aug 3 early, SLC-40)Crew Dragon Crew-9 (mid Aug, LC-39A)GSAT-20 / GSAT-N2 (mid Aug, LC-39A or SLC-40)WorldView Legion Flight 2 (NET Aug NET Jul 15,SLC-40 or LC-39A)Galileo Flight 13 (Sep, LC-39A or SLC-40)Cargo Dragon SpX-31 (NET Sep, LC-39A or SLC-40)Astranis Block 2 (Q3, SLC-40?)AST SpaceMobile BlueBird Block 1 (Q3, SLC-40?)Hera (Oct 7, SLC-40)Europa Clipper (Oct 10, LC-39A)NROL-69 (NET H2, LC-39A or SLC-40)
I can see NASA, which is not subject to FAA oversight, granting an exemption for the launch of Crew-9 in a month or so, after maybe a few weeks of delay, if they still need it.
A launch date with a SpaceX Falcon 9 is under consolidation and foreseen for the end of January 2025. All subsystems successfully passed integrated system tests at the beginning of 2024 and environmental tests are in preparation and scheduled for summer 2024.
