I'm not the author but what I understand is that he prefers to be contacted directly. "not working" is not going to help much. In your message to Michael you should include...
- what model iPhone.
- what is the exact version of iOS you are running ( you can get this from phone settings)
- what is the exact version of the app that you are running (you can get this by searching for it in the app store)
- did you update to the latest? If not, why not?
- what exactly is it doing or not doing? Does it start up? Does it throw errors? Take screenshots of what it does
then bundle all that up and contact the author... you can use Twitter or you can email him at
