According to a leaflet for a launch-watching cruise, boarding time in Yantai is Sept 14 at 10 am LT and return time to Yantai is Sept 16 at 8 am LT
Thus, it may be assumed that the second CZ-11 launch from the Yellow Sea will take place on September 15.

The translation seems to indicate that Jilin-1 Gaofen 03 will consist of nine satellites, possibly to be called Jilin-1 Gaofen 03B to Jilin-1 Gaofen 03J, as Jilin-1 Gaofen 03A was launched last year on 5 June on the first CZ-11H.

The nine satellites of "Jilin-1" hi-res 03 (group 1) include three videosatellites and six push-broom satellites. Of the formers, one was named Bilibili Video Satellite (哔哩哔哩视频卫星), and one more (JL1 GF 03C-2) was named after the China Central TV -- Yang shipin (央视频号).

Well, can anybody understand the constellation list from
https://mall.charmingglobe.com/Constellation ?
From the establishment of Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. in December 2014 to February 2020, the company has 16 satellites in orbit, among which are [Gaofen 01] and [Gaofen 02 (C, D, F)], [High Score 03 series stars (High Score 03B01-08) (High Score 03C-01)], [Video 09 Star], [High Score 04A Star] etc.
I've got the impression that after 'has 16 satellites in orbit' they listed the satellites to be launched soon, corrected after the loss of GF-02E.

Wasn't BilibiliSat on the first KZ-11?

Well, it's just a sponsor name so it's easy to transfer it (and got a second chance to advertise their own things)

As reported earlier, this flight is going towards SSO so quite a different drop zone is used this time. And the down-range track is, ahem, interesting....
First stage crash/splash down just offshore of the Port of Shanghai.
Second stage overflight of Taiwan.
This mission could (should?) have been launched from a "heritage" launch site with the "usual" on-land drop zones.
Somebody or somebodies are feeling their oats!

Launch success! Nine satellites deployed. Group called "Jilin-1 Gaofen 03-1".
http://9ifly.spacety.com/forum.php?mod=redirect&goto=findpost&ptid=93036&pid=765694"Just now, China in the Yellow Sea with the Long March 11 sea launch vehicle, the "one arrow nine stars" way to "Gilling 1" high score 03-1 set of satellites into a predetermined orbit, the launch was a complete success.
Jilin-1 high-score 03-1 group of satellites developed by Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd., including "Beep Mile Video Satellite", "CCTV Video" satellite, including 3 video imaging mode satellites and 6 sweep imaging mode satellites, mainly used to obtain high-resolution visible light sweep images and video images, will provide remote sensing services for China's land and resources census, urban planning, disaster monitoring and so on.
The launch mission was specifically organized and implemented by Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, and the Long March XI sea-launched launch vehicle was developed and produced by Space Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd."

https://www.weibo.com/5386897742/JkI3F163FThe Long March 11 successfully completed the launch at sea. The Chang-Eleven rocket opened the era of normal sea launches on September 15th, and the Long Eleven Arrows and Nine Stars were successfully launched. This is the first commercial and applied launch of chang eleven rockets at sea, which further verifies the reliability of sea launches and marks the arrival of the normalization of long eleven rockets at sea. The Chang-Eleven rocket was developed by the Space Science and Technology Group, and is the only solid launch vehicle launched by China's only land and sea general purpose. (Squeany Photo)

The new Debo-3 ship replaces the earlier TaiRui barge.
As I understand it from the articles linked above; the rocket is assembled at the "Shandong Eastern Spaceport" (Shandong dongfang hantian gang, 山东东方航天港) but then they say it departed from Haiyang Port 海阳港.
I think this is the same place, described in https://spacenews.com/china-makes-progress-on-spaceport-project-for-sea-launches/
All the articles I have read puts them as one and the same, at least geographically.
Organization-wise both sea launches so far are managed by Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center.

Some technical details at:
http://charmingglobe.com/news_view.aspx?id=2227The successful launch of the "Jilin 1" high res 03 series satellites including the "Bilibili Video Satellite" and the "CCV Video Satellite" consists of 3 video satellites and 6 push-broom satellites. It is independently developed by Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. This series of satellites fully inherited the mature stand-alone and technical foundations of the "Jilin One" high res 03A satellite. By adopting innovative technologies such as lightweight structural design, highly integrated electronic systems, high-resolution ultra-lightweight low-cost cameras, etc., the weight of the whole star is controlled at 40kg, which has the characteristics of low cost, low power consumption, low weight and high resolution. Among them, push-broom satellites can obtain push-broom images with panchromatic resolution better than 1m, multi-spectral resolution better than 4m, and width larger than 17km; Video satellites can obtain color video images with a resolution better than 1.2m and a coverage area not less than 14.4km*6km. The successful launch of this series of satellites marked the transition from "R&D" to "production" for the "Jilin One" satellite manufacturing model, and the construction of the constellation has entered the stage of high-speed networking.

I think
N341842E1234540 WITH RADIUS OF 20KM was CZ-11 1st stage drop zone, and

N314913E1232605-
N305103E1231121-
N305749E1223431 was 2nd drop zone, but I am not sure about "

By the way, do we have any method to know launching spot coordinates?

I suppose that having the exact coordinates of the launch site when a rocket is launched from the sea is difficult and even more so when the waves are a bit rough.
