This is a result of the water tower topping off water. Seen all the way back in the shuttle days also.

This is a result of the water tower topping off water. Seen all the way back in the shuttle days also.

I mistook that water tower phenomenon with rain, which also confused me in the final seconds of the Demo-2 countdown.
