I don't have this stamp either. It belongs to the French South and Antarctic Territories and was issued on December 24, 1962.

The DDR issued on December 28, 1962 a block of 8 stamps celebrating the fifth anniversary of the Soviet space program.

On February 28, 1963, a minisheet celebrating the flight of the Vostok 3 and 4 capsules was also issued in Albania.

On March 4, 1963, Panama again issued its stamp series dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Red Cross. They are the issues of 1962 overprinted "1863 1963" with Red Cross and surcharged.

The first Brazilian stamp dedicated to space. It commemorated the International Aeronautics and Space Exhibition, in Sao Paulo, and was issued on March 15, 1963.
