This curious stamp was issued by Czechoslovakia on August 18, 1962. It was presented at the Prague 1962 International Stamp Exhibition, and shows an astronaut in a spaceship!

Romania issued three stamps on August 20, 1962. They celebrated the joint mission of Vostok 3 and 4.

Andorra's first space stamp was issued on September 29, 1962. It celebrated a transatlantic transmission with the Telstar satellite.
