https://twitter.com/photonempress/status/1432566090870099974Apparently we won another Emmy for DM-2, “Outstanding Daytime Special Event”.
Part of me really wants to win the Emmy for “Outstanding Technical Team” but I don’t think the media team at X will ever actually submit for that 😐 We are doing LIVE WEBCASTS FROM SPACE! Come on now!
Award was back in June and went to Space Launch Live: America Returns to Space (Discovery and Science Channel).
2 years ago today, @Astro_Doug & @AstroBehnken launched in capsule Endeavor on SpaceX's first crewed mission, Demo-2. That launch will always hold a special place in my heart as it sparked my love for spaceflight to an unimaginable amount.
