I'm not quite sure how to translate the name of this GF series satellite ("multi-imaging mode" is the closest thing I can think of), but this project has apparently been floating around for the last few years already. Specifications are for a 2400 kg satellite with 0.5 m panchormatic/ 2 m multi-spectral (8 wave bands) imaging resolution and a planned mission life of 8+ years.
The satellite is the first use of CAST's "Agility Remote Sensing Medium Platform" (see below, from previous years' Zhuhai Airshow), which gives it a pointing accuracy of 10 m without control points, spacecraft body pointing capability of ±45º in all directions and movement time of < 20 s in rotating POV by 25º. It is mentioned in official sources as similar in capability as DigitalGlobe's Worldview-2.

"太原有高分多模及搭载星西柏坡星、资源三号03星,那就是说7月有两发长四乙任务"
→ "Taiyuan's state-of-the-art multimode and equipped with Xibaipoxing and Resource 3 03 stars, which means that there are two long four missions in July
If the translation is correct, there are two CZ-4B launches scheduled for July, which include:
- Xibaipo and a Gaofen satellite
- Ziyuan-3 03

I would group the names as follows:
太原有[高分多模]及[搭载星西柏坡星]、[资源三号03星],那就是说7月有两发[长四乙]任务
Taiyuan [Gaofen Multimode] with [Piggyback Star Xibaipo Star],
[Resource Three 03 Star],
that means there are two [CZ-4B] missions in July

Launch success!
'Turn up congratulations! China successfully launched a high-score multi-mode satellite on July 3 at 11:10 a.m., China successfully launched a high-resolution multi-mode integrated imaging satellite with the Long March IV B carrier rocket at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. The satellite is a civil optical remote sensing satellite with sub-meter resolution, which can realize a variety of imaging modes, and its application in orbit will further enhance the technical level of remote sensing satellite in China, and meet the needs of the user departments of the relevant industry for high-precision remote sensing image data. The mission carried the launch of the "Sibaipo" youth science satellite. (Feng Hua)"

Watch the launch of the long four-b rocket "one arrow two stars" launch success: July 3, 11:10, the Long March IV B carrier rocket in Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center will be high-resolution multi-mode integrated imaging satellite and the "Xibaipo" Kop satellite (Bayi 02 stars) launched, the satellite successfully entered the scheduled orbit, the launch was a complete success. The launch was the 337th flight of the Long March series of launch vehicles."

More launch preparation photos. Seems like a new satellite separation device was used.
https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s?__biz=MjM5MjMxOTcwMQ==&mid=2651278410&idx=1&sn=e8a5f208ec432cd7fdb7ee676cd0487e"The launch was the first of its kind in the 2020 Long March IV series of launch vehicles, which also kicked off the series' high-density launch this year. For the first time, the task used the newly developed four-point connection unlock device and the precise drop-off control technology to change the position of the original secondary fall zone.
In order to meet the requirements of the new platform interface of the main star, the eight-house lasted 3 years of research and development, tailored to the first flight of the four-point connection unlocking device. The separation device underwent 3 rounds of design optimization iteration and more than 100 development tests, providing a strong support and low impact environment for the satellite by means of low impact high reliability, high strength and light weight. Compared with the previous package connection unlock device, the product has the advantages of "small impact, light weight and wide adaptability".
The precision drop zone control adopted by this mission, using the yaw maneuvering method to change the direction of the rocket at all levels of flight segments, greatly solved the safety problem of the landing area."

Bayi 02 : based on letters of this name (B and Y), and the fact there is no mention of a third payload, I think it is also called BY70-2 by AMSAT.

Can you translate items 10 and 11 in the launch sequence? (at 717 and 803 s)
I have
T+2:33 Stage 1 MECO
T+2:34 Stage 1 sep
T+2:57 Fairing sep
T+4:42 Stage 2 MECO
T+4:52 Stage 2 VECO (vernier engine cutoff)
T+4:53 Stage 2 sep
T+11:43 Stage 3 (burn? or MECO?)
T+11:57 (717s) - possibly stage 3 shutdown?
T+13:23 (803s) - possibly main payload sep?

The name 高分辨率多模综合成像卫星 parses out as Gao (High) Fen bian lu (resolution) duomo (Multimode) zonge (integrated) chengxiang
(imaging) weixing (satellite) per google translate. I am a bit surprised by the use of "gao fen bian lu" rather than just the
usual abbreviated "gao fen" - perhaps this means this satellite is not a Gaofen series satellite but just happens to have 'high resolution'
in the description.

T+14:03 BY-02 sep.
T+11:43 is 3rd stage shutdown
T+11:57 is “3rd stage terminal guidnace shutdown” - since the 3rd stage doesn’t have verniers I guess either the YF-40 engine has a low thrust mode or they are referring to using the RCS.
T+13:23 is indeed GF satellite separation.
