In my experience, there is always a slight delay on webcasts. Realplayer is about 10 seconds behind real life, Media Player is further behind again. Therefore, we are probably seeing what happened ~1 min ago. When the clock reads T-1min, it will have already launched (or been scrubbed, or have exploded on the pad, but hopefully the first of the three options.).

Yes.  And remember, SpaceX logs IP addresses, so when Elon reveals his true plans to take over the world, we'll be the new ruling class.

Its always been the same excitement since the redstone launch I first saw!
