A poor choice of wording during a countdown, but I think they just meant they stopped the pump.  "Helium pump stopped" would be safer.

I think that "helium pump abort" had to do with the end of the propellant loading

 I think SpaceX install their own cameras. The maiden flight cut to an onboard view at T+8.

 According to the 16 March update, there are 2 cameras on the vehicle.

That poor girl trying to keep up with the countdown. Reminds me of the "Talker" they use for Delta.
