Not sure it's wind pushing the camera around...seems too cyclic. I think they have a video problem. To go along with the apparent audio problem..

That camera mount for the webcast' view is either flimsy and shaking badly or the wind is really moving, or both.

I think some of the movement is an image artefact as it has a odd periodicity about it.

Still working the data issue (no explanation of what exactly the issue is). Vehicle is fine, still proceeding.

Could the data issue explain the lack of sound?

There's clearly wind - look at the palms wafting in the background, not very different rate, so probably wind.

Video compressors sometime jitter when they have an aliasing oscillation - they integrate and then macroblock differently.

I doubt it.  They want telemetry from the vehicle streamed to their facility in CA.

Don't think so, but they will scrub if they don't solve it (so say SpaceX).

I can't believe they'll launch in that wind judging by the way the trees on the RHS of the video are swaying around.  It looks like a gale blowing there!

I live in Florida, and one thing I learned is that palm leaves look like they're blowing like crazy even in a light breeze. I think they're ok.

NASA have landed orbiters in worse winds. Now they're hardly moving.

It sounds like the data issue involved whether engineers in El Segundo can monitor the telemetry.  SpaceX has made a big point in the past about having a small launch crew on site, but allowing "hundreds" engineers to monitor the launch back at the home office.  But they also indicate they put a lot of automated monitors into the ground control software, so it seems strange that the eyeballs in El Segundo are mandatory for launch. Apparently their reevaluating that decision on the fly.

I think some of the movement is an image artefact as it has a odd periodicity about it.

I've counted about a dozen times where the video itself is clearly torn in the upper right hand corner.  Could very well be a technical problem with the camera or distribution equipment.  Maybe even a loose cable wiggling around.  The odd thing is that while cyclic it seems to be somewhat in sync with the motion of the ground cover.

Also odd that the 'countdown' clock is stuck at T +00:00:29.  Isn't that where it stopped last time?  Strange that it persisted at that value- as if its been running but paused ever since then...  You'd think someone would have noticed that by now and had it corrected.
