First off CZ-7 and CZ-7A (XSLC debut version) are not the same versions and have different Y numbers.

Yes indeed, I was aware of it. In this particular case it's actually quite funny that the numbers follow each other in this way  ;D

I thought the CZ-7 Y3 for Tianzhou-2 was already in Wenchang, is it possible to have two CZ-7s at the same time there?
It is not the case. CLEP reported on 5 Jan that CZ-7 Y3 was in final assembly stage.
This message reflects my personal opinion based on open sources of information.

Several local tour operators are currently advertising for a LM-3B Xichang launch on January 19, curiously stating that it's of a Tianhui series satellite. That's highly interesting because the series of cartography satellites doesn't seems likely to involve BLEO operations.
Either the tour operators got it wrong, or there's another LM-3B SSO launch soon, or (one theory from Chinese forums) it's the long rumored/reported Chinese geosynchronous SAR satellite. (note that SAR requires the antenna to be moving to work, so geostationary orbit won't work and people assume it would go to an inclined GSO)

As of 15 January:

"According to travel agency news, the mission was postponed to launch on 2021.2.5." (5 February)

The JL-1 guess came from this notice which stated WSLC will be closed for public visits between January 23-25, and people are thinking they might be related. There aren't anything else to support this so far though.

The LM-3B was previously reported to be on February 5. Yuan Wang 5 tracking ship currently at the South Pacific is the one to look for.

For YG-31-02 we should have a more solid date once the Yuan Wang 7 tracking ship moves to its position (Timor Sea?). It's currently moving to the east of Philippines.

Note that everything depends on the launch date of the core module. If the core module slips by a month, everything else will also slip by a month.

Cross-post:
Will there be any more Chinese orbital launches before February 12?
none ;D
(Probably) no launches until the launch campaign crews return from Spring Festival holidays.

A few launches reported (at some time) to take place in February:

- Jilin-1 Gaofen-02D to be launched by Kuaizhou-1A (Y4) from Jiuquan;

- Gaofen-3 (02) to be launched by a Chang Zheng-4C from Jiuquan;

- Unknown payload(s) to be launch by Chang Zheng-11 (Y10) from Xichang (the only land launch for CZ-11 in 2021);

- Tianhui-3 (?) to be launched (?) by a Chang Zheng-3B/G3 from Xichang;

- Four Hainan-1 satellites to be launched by Jielong-1 (Y2) from Wenchang.

This can be a very interesting second half of February...
