According to our friends 9ifly Chinese space forum, the teams are preparing the launch of TL-2 Tianlian-2 (at Xichang) and ZX-6C Zhongxing-6C.

CZ-11 launch on September 25, 2015. It is CZ-11. But it is not this launch pad!
