If there are only three Soyuz launches this year, could CSO 2 and Falcon Eye 2 be flying together?
Stephane Israel said there would be two OneWeb Soyuz launches from Kourou at the end of OneWeb Launch 2. If there are only three Soyuz launches this year, could CSO 2 and Falcon Eye 2 be flying together?
I got an impression he said "two OneWeb launches from Kourou" without specifying Soyuz. So, I guess, one of these "late 2020" OneWeb launches from Kourou will be Soyuz and the other Ariane 6
Someone from the CSG told me that the flight was postponed to April 10. The launcher will be brought back to the MiK, and the Fregat replaced by the one that should have taken off on VS-25.So, the launch of VS-25 will not take place before mid-April/May.The VS-24 Fregat will return to Russia.
Arianespace has decided to replace Fregat-M.
So a CSO launch early May should possible provided a Fregat stage is available (can probably flown to CSG anyway)
Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the need to fully implement the measures decided by the French government, launch campaigns under way at the Guiana Space Center (CSG) in French Guiana have been suspended. These launch preparations will resume as soon as allowed by health conditions. This exceptional measure is designed to protect the health of employees and the local population, while also maintaining the security needed to prepare for scheduled launches.Arianespace, French space agency CNES and all companies involved at CSG are currently overseeing operations to place launchers and satellites in safe standby condition, in line with standard procedures.

Does anyone have an idea of what time of day the launch will occur? It's going to a 480 km circular SSO orbit, correct? I suppose the optimal Local Time of Descending Node (LTDN) for complementing CSO 1 will set launch time?

According to the RIA Novosti news agency, the CSO-2 mission will receive the fresh Fregat upper stage originally intended for the OneWeb mission then planned at the end of 2020.
