According to the latest Satellogic newsletter...
"On January 15, two NewSat Mark IV satellites will be launched from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center in China. These spacecrafts, equipped with one-meter resolution multispectral cameras and 30-meter hyperspectral imaging capabilities, will be delivered to a sun-synchronous low-Earth orbit. Named “Sophie & Marie” after Sophie Germain and Marie Curie, these new satellites continue Ada & Maryam’s legacy, giving tribute to these outstanding Women in Science.
As we continue to increase our in-orbit capacity, an additional satellite is expected to launch in March from the Guiana Space Center in Kourou, French Guiana, on a Vega rocket; while our first LongMarch-6 dedicated rocket launch will happen by mid-2020 from China, to continue serving DSC customers and deliver data for solutions and imagery services."

Tianqi-4
and no Renmin-1?
Judging from the reports it seems that the company linked with Renmin-1 is a downstream user of Satellogic's satellites, so it might be referring to one of the ÑuSats.
The TQ satellite should be Tianqi-5 as 1-4 have already been launched.
