Some news from the NK forum from today:M. Aymakhanov was recommended by the MWK as a candidate for the cosmonaut group of the TsPK.Oleg Skripochka was confirmed as the back-up for S. Volkov on Soyuz TMA-18M.A. Ovchinin and O. Skripochka were confirmed as the Russian members of the main crew ISS 47/48.
Notable that Anna Kikina is missing from this report of the graduation ceremony yesterday:-http://www.federalspace.ru/20693/I wonder what the story is here? On 51st Anniversary of the flight of the first woman cosmonaut, could it be that the 'glass ceiling' still remains for women, in the Russian cosmonaut team.
Also missing is Ignat Ignatov. I guess they failed to pass the final exams.

If I got it correctly, it also stated that Sergei Zalyotin and Roman Romanenko were disqualified for medical reasons by the Chief Medical Commission on April 22; with Romanenko's status to be reviewed.Zalyotin retired as a cosmonaut on May 1. I wonder who will take over his mission assignment of ISS-46/47 (Soyuz TMA-19M)
