Something is unclear for me.

At first, in april 2008, Yurchikhin has been named backup CDR for Soyuz TMA-19.
In this page, it is written that later (september 2008) he wasn't confirmed.
http://www.astronaut.ru/crossroad/426.htm

Do you know why ?

In april 2009, he was named main CDR for TMA-19 because he had to replace Skvortsov, who was named in the TMA-18 crew. I don't understand why he was "fired" and, later, named again...?

According to collectSPACE (www.collectspace.com/review/issassignments_060210a-lg.jpg):

Soyuz TMA-07M will now be:
CDR: Oleg Novitskiy.
FE-1: Kevin Ford.
FE-2: Evgeny Tarelkin.

Soyuz TMA-08M will now be:
CDR: Roman Romanenko.
FE-1: Chris Hadfield.
FE-2: Tom Marshburn.

Maksim Suraev appears to have moved somewhere downstream.

19/08/2010   Cosmonauts practising water training.

I can only recognize Evgeni Tarelkin, but I don’t know who are the two other members of the crew…

Yes, I also recognize Padalka on the second picture, but the crew I was talking is the one on the third picture.
Romanenko has a long hair...

STS-135 is scheduled to utilize two Soyuz spacecraft in the event of a damaged heat shield rather than another shuttle.  In this event, which cosmonauts will be flown to taxi the Soyuz about orbit, and which shuttle crewmembers will be on which spacecraft?

I would have guessed maybe Oleg Kotov or Aleksandr Skvortsov as the Soyuz commanders.  I would imagine that CDR and PLT will land together and the MSes together as well, but I am very unfamiliar with any plans regarding the Soyuz contingency plan for STS-135.

Does anybody know?

Covered in the NESC report.  Link provided here:

In the unlikely event it's necessary, the STS-135 crew would replace upcoming U.S. increment personnel and stay in orbit for the (reduced) duration of the respective increments.

The major(1star) is Prokopyev, who has not yet started the OKP, and the lieutenant colonel(2 stars) is Khomenchuk.

Another interesting point, mentioned in the information about the examen of the new crews, is that Oleg Kotov is stated as an advisor of the Head of the TsPK.

And Kotov is already at the side of Krikalyov during the exam of the Soyouz TMA20 crew members:
