Is SpaceFund for real?

I was trawling through the SpaceFund small launcher index this evening, and got curious about who or what SpaceFund is.
I had not realized until now that SpaceFund is one of those scamcurrency token venture capital funds:-
https://storates.net/sto/spacefund/
According to that page they have been trying to sell the token since January 2019, and at least to me it's not clear how much success they have had in trading scam-tokens for cold, hard dollars i.e. if they have anything more than a Wordpress website.
Nor is it clear from that website if they have made any investments.
They have all the usual paraphernalia around ICO tokens, like white papers
https://spacefund.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/Security-Tokens-Will-Fund-the-High-Frontier-v1.2-Nov-2018-SPACEFUND.pdf
and scam acronyms.
The people involved are Rick Tumlinson, who founded now-defunct Deep Space Industries, and Meagan Crawford, a newspace podcaster/marketer. Both are connected via Tumlinson's Space Frontier Foundation and New Worlds Institute.
It's hard to see any activity except some marketing events and blogs. Are they just a marketing thing, making statements about whatever to build some media profile?
