KZ-1A (Y11) and KZ-1A (Y7) arrived at Jiuquan on October 14.

Apparently Y7 (scheduled for early November) will launch two satellites known as "KL-Alpha" into different orbits. Some say these are scientific research satellites (one claim is that they are gravitational measurement satellites so probably yet another China Academy of Sciences payload?).

Does anyone have more info on "KL-Alpha"?

In the office of ExPace (ExPace Technology Corporation Ltd.), the nearest launches of Kuaizhou-1A / KZ-1A missiles with serial numbers Y7 and Y11 are planned.

Will the delay of the Y11 launch postpone this launch as well?
Cross-post:
The launch has been scrubbed for the day according to the broadcast.

Apparently this is due to some guidance related issue.

So apparently "KL-Alpha" is short form for something like "Global Multimedia satellite system Phase Alpha" or something. (which makes me doubt the earlier linkage with the Chinese Academy of Sciences - maybe the operator is someone else?)
