MOSCOW, September 26. /TASS/. The Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle was launched on Thursday from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome with a spacecraft created in the interests of the Russian Defence Ministry. This was reported to journalists in the press service of the Russian military department.
