I couldn't rewind and pull it up to post "live," but between 4:00 and 4:05 3:55 and 4:01, you could see the fairing tumbling right to left across the screen in the view down the first stage.  I'll update this post with a screengrab once the recording's up.

Edit: You first see the fairing between the root of the left grid find and the body of the first stage.  It continues diagonally up and to the left, passing behind the leftmost corner of the grid fin before exiting the screen above the clouds.
