Estes 1/100 Saturn V aka “The Beast”
« on: 08/02/2019 07:36 pm »
While I was working on the 1/48 LEM diorama, I also worked on the Estes 1/100 Saturn V flying model rocket that I got in the spring. It took a while to build and the fit and finish was rougher than it would have been for a static model due to the materials involved and my own skills, which aren’t that well developed for vacuform parts. However I finished it and flew it! The video will come later, first some pictures of the finished product
I'll even excitedly look forward to "flags and footprints" and suborbital missions. Just fly...somewhere.
