L-1 forecast, still 40% GO, says weather will improve in the latter half of the window, however.

https://www.patrick.af.mil/Portals/14/Weather/L-1%20Forecast%206%20Aug%20Launch.pdf?ver=2019-08-05-135633-263

Quote
Launch day probability of violating launch weather constraints: 60%
Primary concern(s): Lightning Rule and Thick Cloud Layer Rule

Quote
This indicates there is a higher chance for weather violation at the beginning of the launch wind
with improving conditions during the latter half of the window

More confirmation ahead of SpaceX actually saying it.

While the weather didn’t allow for us to get off the media bus to place our remote cameras, it did provide for some stunning photography that will be hard to repeat. Check out that wall cloud! #AMOS17 #SpaceX

An incredible shelf cloud moved over the Cape early this afternoon. We were unable to set remote cameras for the #SpaceX #Falcon9 #Amos17 launch, but we were able to capture this awesome scene! #flwx #lightning

Team is targeting a new T-0 of 7:23 p.m. EDT, 23:23 UTC for launch of AMOS-17; continuing to monitor weather conditions at the Cape. Vehicle and payload still look good for launch.

SpaceX confirm on track for 30 mins. So prop loading is underway (was a bit uncertain due to bad loop at the press site).
