Coverage of the spacecraft’s approach and arrival will begin at 8:30 a.m. on NASA Television and the agency’s website.

Dragon will join three other spacecraft currently at the space station. Expedition 60 Flight Engineers Nick Hague and Christina Koch of NASA will use the station’s robotic arm, Canadarm2, to grab, or grapple, Dragon around 10 a.m. Coverage of robotic installation to the Earth-facing port of the Harmony module will begin at 12 p.m.

Cross Post:

This requires crew to take small sats delivered to ISS in Dragon SpX-18 and place the SEOPS SlingShot Deployer with the installed satellites into the SlingShot hardware attached to the Cygnus NG-11 hatch bulkhead.    Then Cygnus, after it leaves ISS, will go to the desired orbit and deploy the small sats.

NASA TV live coverage of Dragon departure:
https://www.nasa.gov/press-release/nasa-tv-to-air-us-cargo-ship-departure-from-space-station

Quote from: NASA
Filled with almost 2,700 pounds of valuable scientific experiments and other cargo, a SpaceX Dragon resupply spacecraft is set to leave the International Space Station Tuesday, Aug. 27. NASA Television and the agency’s website will broadcast its departure live beginning at 10:15 a.m. EDT.

Robotic flight controllers at mission control in Houston will issue remote commands at 10:42 a.m. to release Dragon from the Earth-facing port of the Harmony module using the station’s Canadarm2 robotic arm. Expedition 60 Flight Engineer Christina Koch of NASA will back up the ground controllers and monitor Dragon’s systems as it departs the orbital laboratory.

Dragon will fire its thrusters to move a safe distance from the station, then execute a deorbit burn around 3:22 p.m. as it heads for a parachute-assisted splashdown around 4:21 p.m. in the Pacific Ocean, some 300 miles southwest of Long Beach, California. The deorbit burn and splashdown will not air on NASA TV.

Following the over-current/circuit breaker trip/hot to touch power connection cover incident last night I detailed in the Soyuz redocking thread, the crew is attempting to reinsert the rodent transport into Dragon for return.  The crew verified the occupants are alive and well and active.

Sounded like the reinstallation of the transporter went without issue so the rodents are about to experience re-entry and a splash down

NRC Quest has arrived at the splashdown location of Dragon, after traveling 10km in ~30 minutes.

The vessel will now deploy fast-approach boats to collect up the chutes and help secure Dragon for the lift onboard.

NRC Quest has recovered Dragon from the water and is en-route to the Port of LA for a time-sensitive cargo handover to NASA!

Their ETA is roughly 24 hours from now - I'll isolate that down more tomorrow.
