I guess we've never created a separate thread for Spire, one of the largest rideshare launch customers.  Their sats, called Lemurs, are 3U cubesats that normally carry ADS-B, AIS, and GPS Radio Occultation payloads.

Spire is also beginning to offer their platform for rideshare payloads.

Spire Global, Inc. (“Spire”) requests experimental special temporary authority (“STA”) for one
(1) to-be-deployed Spire LEMUR-2 satellite bus (“LEMUR-2 Satellite”), which will host a
payload to be operated by KeyW Corporation (the “KeyW Payload”) onboard. Grant of the
LEMUR-2 Satellite STA request will allow KeyW to provide valuable demonstration and test
data to the United States Air Force in a timely manner.

The Spire LEMUR-2 Satellite subject to the STA request will be launched in Q4 2019 from the
International Space Station (“ISS”).

the LEMUR-2 Satellite will not contain its typical Automatic Identification System, Automatic
Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast, and Global Navigation Satellite System Radio Occultation
payloads. Instead, this LEMUR-2 Satellite will only contain the KeyW Payload and standard
LEMUR-2 Satellite radios and associated hardware.

I've always wondered why I have one Lemur in orbit more than Spire has on their Website (85/84).
Now I have seen on https://celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/spire.txt that the FM4 Jeroen NORAD 40934 is missing.
Does anyone have an information about its fate?

Great news for Spire, and for the weather private space sector...

Spire, which operates a constellation of satellites that provide weather, tracking and other data, has raised a new round of more than $40 million to fund work on data products and expansion into the Asia-Pacific market.

“What we’ve been focused on is creating a constellation and generating a large amount of data,” Platzer said. “We crossed a number of really important thresholds in regards to the amount and quality of the data that we produce. Now we’re going into the next phase of taking the data and bundling it into analytics products that deliver knowledge to the customer.”

Weather will be a major area of focus, using radio occultation data collected by Spire’s satellites that provide atmospheric profiles of temperature, pressure and moisture. The company will provide services for a range of industries, from agriculture to energy. “That’s where you’re going to see a lot of the rollout of analytics products serving those industries,” he said.

NavSight Holdings Inc. Shareholders Approve Business Combination with Spire Global

VIENNA, Va. & RESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NavSight Holdings Inc. (“NavSight”) (NYSE: NSH) today announced that its stockholders approved all proposals related to the previously announced merger, (the “Business Combination”) with Spire Global, Inc. (“Spire Global”, “Spire”, or “the Company”), a leading global provider of space-based data, analytics and space services, at a special meeting of stockholders held today. A Form 8-K disclosing the full voting results is expected to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The closing of the Business Combination is anticipated to occur on August 16, 2021. Following closing, the combined company will be known as Spire Global, Inc. and is expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol “SPIR.”

The previously announced Business Combination is expected to provide approximately $265 million in cash proceeds to Spire through the merger, inclusive of a $245 million PIPE.
