Twitter has died, so no tweets to add here at the moment.
More questions about OFT2 or not.
"Still too early" to comment.

Decision for safety culture investigation of Boeing was taken before independent review team reported. Driven by a number of things, including concerns about process errors.
Edit to add: I didn’t fully catch this other point at the time & didn’t want to get it wrong
https://twitter.com/sciguyspace/status/1225903474937933825Going over my Starliner telecon notes I found this rather notable from @DouglasLoverro. He was speaking about the rationale for a widespread review of Boeing's safety culture. Not just driven by Starliner, he said, but also "press reports we’ve seen from other parts of Boeing."

Earlier NASA said that clearly their oversight of Boeing had been insufficient and that they intended to address that going forward.

Call has ended. In his brief closing remarks Jim Bridenstine emphasised the dissimilar redundancy of the CC program through having both SpaceX and Boeing. He said that redundancy would continue.
Edit to add: meant to include this too ...
https://twitter.com/sciguyspace/status/1225900988273496065Jim Bridenstine closes news conference on Starliner with this message for his people: "Never, ever, ever be afraid of the truth."
A good message for all of us in the industry.

This was one of the most staggering parts of the call (while twitter was down):
https://twitter.com/chrisg_nsf/status/1225901456815001600One of the more interesting moments in the telecon regarding #Starliner was when a @BoeingSpace representative asserted they didn’t have to tell media or taxpayers about 2nd software issue because “we fixed it. You wouldn’t want us to talk about something that didn’t happen.“
Edit to add: actually I think it was Doug Loverro from NASA that said it?

Don't think it was mentioned in Updates thread so far, but IIRC at the beginning of the call it was stated that the anomaly investigation is scheduled to conclude around the end of the month.

Boeing congratulating themselves for finding and correcting their own error was laughable and simultaneously disturbing. Thanks for the recording...

Is this old news?
twitter.com/katlinegrey/status/1230854955369717761
A private company in Voronezh, Russia, produces some units for #Starliner spacecraft, said Dmitry Rogozin today. According to him, those units are ordered by Boeing and intended for use in the landing system of Starliner. tass.ru/kosmos/7813231
https://twitter.com/sciguyspace/status/1230856885542281216 "I myself was surprised when I found out,” the head of Roscosmos noted.

https://twitter.com/BoeingSpace/status/1230967922731966464You're right, Joey. And we comply with those contract requirements.
#Starliner uses a Power Converter Unit provided by Zao Orbita in Voronezh, Russia. It allows us to transfer power from @Space_Station to Starliner while docked.
It's a flight-proven component used for 20 years on @Space_Station. It was reduced in mass and size to fit the needs of #Starliner and chosen for its mission assurance and customer reliability.

Questions should be interesting ...
https://twitter.com/thesheetztweetz/status/1232783929616338947Boeing will hold a Starliner media roundtable on Friday, Feb. 28 at 11:00 EST (16:00 UTC) with program leaders.
This roundtable discussion is in addition to a joint NASA-Boeing media update that’s expected to be held in early March.
