Most likely arianespace will publish more info about this after the static test firing of P160C (P120C+).
Amazon Kuiper ordered 2 Ariane 64 with P120C and 16 Ariane 64 with P160C. I think they also require ULPM APU in orbit ignition capability. This didn't work with the maiden Ariane 6 launch. So most likely Arianespace also doesn't know jet.

Don't they need the Astris kick stage for Kuiper launches?
I wouldn't expect an A6 Kuiper launch before 2026. A6 Block 2 potentially even later.
