UND Aerospace Sciences Program - Opinions?

Hello, I'm looking at potential PhD programs. Would like to know if anyone on the board has any opinions on the University of North Dakota PhD in Aerospace Sciences, delivered via distance learning. I know it's a legit institution but would welcome any opinions from others as to the experience and value of this curriculum. Wondering if it’s a good, rigorous program, or if it’s one of those that bears little relation to an on-campus program in terms of utility and value. All feedback is welcome.

Looks like an interesting mix of technical and policy related courses.
