Dragon is inside the KOS, when your spacecraft walks through the gate of the ISS' front yard.

C2V2 system on the ISS ready to send the RETREAT command. This is a planned objective.

Tom says the name of the Dragon camera shown in the past few shots is the Forward Media Camera, sitting just below the nose cone, "which looks directly down from where the nose cone is unhinged and opened."

There's also the mid-line camera, which looks directly out from the Dragon IDA and is used for docking.
