Sounds like it was a false alarm based on what people on Twitter are telling me. I didn't hear that part myself, so I cannot confirm.

MCC-H, after communicating with MCC-M, said to disregard the alarm. It was (inadvertently) triggered by the hardline (re-)configuration.

If I understand correctly: The ISS communication system changed configuration to use the hardline connection to Dragon through the IDA umbilical instead of the C2V2 radio link. A temporary upset during change of configuration must have disrupted monitoring of systems in the russian segment and triggered the alarm.
