Video from Austin Barnard showing a drone fly over of the pad area. Other than the lox tanks, doesn't look like too much has happened at least to my eye:

Has anyone seen any provisions for vehicle hold down for static firing and/or launch operations?

Here is an interesting video by John Randolph. A bit of pipe falls of the dome section being lifted and appears to land inside the Starship Hopper base!! 🎥John Randolph

Edit to add: managed to pause on first frame of wood falling, see attached

This pic was taken on 1-16-19 when the large sections were being moved. A couple sections had some pieces of lumber on them. So perhaps it was a piece of lumber that fell?

this video was taken 1-21-19, I flew as close I could to the property (10ft) and flew up to 400ft and attempted to see what the inside of the hopper looks like.

Nice summary article of current state of play with hopper & pad (especially if you are struggling to keep up with forum posts :) )

SpaceX fits Starship prototype with tank bulkheads as hop test pad progresses

By Eric Ralph
Posted on January 22, 2019

SpaceX workers have begun installing fuel and oxidizer tank bulkheads inside the first BFS/Starship prototype at the same time as the vehicle’s nearby ‘launch’ facility continues to sprout important infrastructure and slowly morph from a giant pile of dirt into something capable of supporting rocket hop tests.

Lots of updates about materials and heat shield.

In short: they're using 301 stainless and planning to do transpiration cooling.

Still no power. You can see the high voltage lines sagging in places along the highway with crews working on it. They haven't run lines from the solar field to the sites yet, so all they have is the small generators.
