NROL-101 is back in the barn for inspection, and won’t launch on Tuesday November 3rd as planned.  A new launch time of Wednesday, November 4th at 5:54 PM (Florida time) has been given.  https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=49323.81

Does this affect Thursday’s scheduled GPS III launch?  And if NROL-101 slips further, which launch would have priority on range assets?

My thinking is that GPS III, if ready, would launch as scheduled.  Then NROL-101 would get the next time slot.  Why?  NASA needs the engine performance data from this launch before green-lighting the Crew 1 launch vehicle.

NROL-101 has the 5th as a backup date

Edit: But the latest NROL-101 weather forecast does NOT have a backup day listed.

Nice headline:

SpaceX seeks to fly unproven rocket, put engine issue to rest
Weather currently is expected to be 60 percent favorable for a launch.

ERIC BERGER - 11/5/2020, 8:35 PM

SpaceX has not launched a brand-new rocket since June, when it boosted a GPS III satellite for the US Space Force on a Falcon 9 rocket. Since that time the company has launched several commercial missions and its own Starlink satellites on a variety of previously flown rockets, and they were all successful.
