Run through Adobe Lightroom to enhance visibility to where the leg lift cables attach to the cap.

looks like the wires attach to the corners perpendicular to leg being lifted...

They disconnected the pully from the leg which was raised up. Perhaps a sign that they don't intent to lower it again?
