Bing translation.
"On 23 September, at 0510 hours, China successfully carried out the "One Arrow And Two Stars" launch mission at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center using the Long March III B/Expedition1 carrier rocket, launching the 47th and 48th Beidou navigation satellites. The mission marks the beginning of the transition and upgrading of Beidou III network from the basic system to the complete system, and also means that this year's Beidou satellite began to enter a high-density launch period. The launch mission was carried out by the Long March III B/Expedition 1 carrier rocket, the 104th launch of the "Gold Rocket" Long Sanaa series and the 312nd flight of the Long March series of carrier rockets."

Please note that there are some reports out there that the satellites are # M23 & M24, and probably not M19/20 as originally guessed. This needs some direct confirmation though.
This is the 6th and apparently last pair of Beidou-3 MEO satellites from CAST. The last two pairs will apparently come from CAS.

The deduction (or information) that these two satellites are Beidou-3M23 and Beidou-3M24 is based on this photo posted on the 9ifly Chinese space forum and shows a preparation meeting of members from the Fifth Academy before the launch.

Keep an eye on
http://www.csno-tarc.cn/system/constellation&ce=english as they do reveal the actual internal numbers given to the satellites.

The site above now shows the satellites as "MEO23" & "MEO24".

I agree this is definitive now, MEO23 and MEO24 are correct. Thanks to admins for correcting the thread title.
