Not sure that's the docking camera, it certainly not the camera the astronauts would use for docking, and I've never seen a video feed from it.  I suspect that's something else.

The Crew 1 docking had video from that camera on the webcast. The camera looks at the peripheral docking target.

There is also a separate hatch centerline camera that looks at the centerline targets.

Dragon Endeavour has had some modifications between Demo-2 (1st pic) and Crew-2 (2nd pic) flights - looks like additional sensors (same mods were also seen on Resilience). Maybe @elonmusk could elaborate?

Dragon toilet shot, if anyone wanted to see that

Thomas Pesquet has some great pics on his photostream (of Dragon interior, not just the loo!)

That's it.  Thank you for correcting me.

Looks like the cover behind the screens is removeable and reveals an "out of this world" vehicle repair / tool kit.

I can see an assortment of spare hoses, seals and other goodies. Didn't realize that so much was user repairable / serviceable. I'm not seeing anything mentioned in the eclss paper as replaceable in flight (other than the LiOH cartridges)

Also looks like we have found the toilet "flushing" button.

More goodies from Thomas' flickr

Looks like the harnesses for Crew Dragon are Schroth SFI 16.6 Hybrid II with the SL 10 rotary buckle subbed in.

This "hybrid style" belt is specifically designed / selected for better negative G handling and provides additional comfort.

Negative G handling (relative to seated position) is very important for Dragon as all long duration orbital burns are eyeballs out / negative G burns.

Additionally, the buckle selected is optimized for gloved operation / extra lightweight.

Such a pity that they didn't choose to go with the 'dragon red' webbing colour :)

The ring appears to be for the docking adapter, so the 12 outer symbols are for the latches and the 3 inner symbols are the petals (do they also have latches?).  I really don't know much about the docking system.

Inspiration 4 won't be using the docking system though. Would they still train on using it?

Not sure.  I'm just saying that ring on the screen looks exactly like the docking adapter.  I would guess that's the standard interface they're showing, maybe without Inspiration 4 mods yet.

That would make sense to me.  There will not be the soft capture system ring or hardware, but the hard capture hooks are used to secure the nosecone.  So some elements of that system and diagram must be available.

At Dragon deploy on CRS-22 there is a good view of the trunk with IROSA-1 inside.
Another thing noticeable is that there are two fins, as opposed to the four on Crew Dragon.
Those were added to aid in stabilizing the Crew Dragon in the event of an abort either on the pad or at moderate altitude where there is still significant atmosphere.
Those aren't needed for Cargo Dragon 2, because there will be no (powered) aborts.
(They don't even have the Super Dracos installed.)
It appears that two were retained because they still have solar cells, which seem to be visible in this composite image of the two spacecraft.
What kind of wastrels would dump a perfectly good booster in the ocean after just one use?

A couple of questions regarding ISS symbol marking missions to ISS of Dragon.

On the original crew Dragon the ISS symbol was painted just below the "SpaceX" above the
side hatch of Cargo Dragon 1, for each successful mission to the ISS.

I've assumed that the same mechanism would be used for Cargo Dragon 2 - can anybody confirm?
CRS-21 and 22 were both new capsules [I think] hence no ISS logo?

I've also been expecting the same mechanism for Crew Dragon - can anybody confirm?
I believe DM2 [Endeavour] and Crew 1 [Resilience] were new capsules,
however Crew 2 was a re-flight of Endeavour so I looked for an ISS symbol but failed to find it on the
photos I found. Did I just miss it? or did the location move or don't they use that mechanism on
Crew Dragon?

If they did use that same mechanism for crew dragons should we expect Axiom missions to the ISS
to receive ISS logos?

This old article about Dragon's ancestor came up on reddit: PICTURE: UK built SpaceX capsule revealed

This part is new to me:

Quote
SpaceX had specified a powered descent that did not use parachutes. The propulsion unit was also to have acted as a launch abort system during a rocket malfunction.

I didn't realize they were thinking about propulsive landing as early as 2005...

This twitter post is incorrect. The modification was introduced between Demo-1 and Demo-2. Endeavour already had those upgrades on the first trip.

However, cargo Dragon only appears to have the "lens hooded" version of the peripheral camera but not the 2 additional sensors near the nose hinge.

edit: docking adapter pedals and latches

edit: petals, not pedals.

(In the early 1990s, NASA made the same spelling error in a Shuttle-Mir document... the Russians caught it and never let us hear the end of it.)

Elons recent interview with Tim they were discussing lack of LAS on SS and pluses of  Dragon's pusher version.

The pusher versions on Dragon and Starliner stay with vehicle alway to orbit. They can activate LAS at anytime. With puller system like Orion it has to be jettsioned well before orbit is reached. If anything goes wrong with 2nd stage late in launch LAS won't be option. Orion capsule can still separate but it won't be out running a 2nd stage RUD event.

A look at Dragon’s Cupola, which will provide our Inspiration4 astronauts with incredible views of Earth from orbit!

The crew visited the flight-hardware Cupola in California before it was shipped to Florida for integration with Dragon Resilience.
