So now I'm wondering, if they allowed a 10 minute delay for weather would the booster have enough performance to manage the dogleg and reach the ISS?
Nope
Really? My Back of the envelope shows that they have on the order of 10 tons of upper stage propellant margin from using ASDS rather than RTLS for booster recovery. Enough on paper, what other considerations break it?
Yes, the decrease in prop margin required to yaw steer out of plane becomes prohibitive for even a few seconds delay. So the launch window for F9 ISS missions is instantaneous. The shuttle had a few minutes of wiggle room but that was all.
Isnt that the hatch to go into the space staton? I was under the impression that the toilet is under the 4 seats up top. The middle bottom seat is take out for the toilet and the other two seats have sleds for cargo or change out for the extra seats.

Not a good place to have a spaceport. I can't think of any instance a manned Soyuz was delayed by the weather.
Any snow storms or high winds where Soyuz is launched? Or extremely cold weather?
