Rogozin named new chief of Roscosmos

Dmitri Rogozin has been named the new head of Roscosmos, replacing Igor Komarov. See for instance here:

That probably doesn't bode too well for future co-operative ventures such as the Lunar Orbital Platform-Gateway. Rogozin was among the first persons to be blacklisted by the US and later the EU in the wake of the Ukrainian crisis, so don't expect him to pay a visit to NASA or ESA headquarters any time soon.  He has since made numerous controversial statements about US-Russian space cooperation (mainly via Twitter), the most famous one being that US astronauts may one day find themselves flying to the ISS using a trampoline. High time to finally get Crew Dragon and Starliner off the ground...
