T-4 minutes. The strongback clamps underneath the fairing are opening.

This strongback will be lowered 1.5 degrees from its prelaunch position. At T0, the strongback will retract quickly similar to the TEL that supports the Antares rocket.

Very interesting - constant thrust of 190klb all the way up rather than constant chamber pressure.
