Couple of other relevant 27 April notes from the same source https://blogs.nasa.gov/stationreport/2018/04/

Quote
Space Technology and Advanced Research Systems (STaARS):  The crew removed the STaARS-1 experiment facility this morning for return on the SpaceX-14 vehicle.  The STaARS-1 facility supported biotechnology and life science investigations to characterize the effects of microgravity on living systems, targeting the molecular responses that alter cell physiology and lead to unique cellular processes and the production of novel compounds that can impact pharmaceutical, tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, biofuel, and discovery sciences.

Node 3 (N3) Mass Major Constituent Analyzer (MCA) Troubleshooting: The reinstallation of the original ORU 08 (S/N F0001) last Thursday did not resolve the diverging constituent data issue in the N3 MCA.  Data review continues to point towards the ORU 02 as the likely cause of the anomalous readings. Today, the crew removed both ORU 02 and ORU 08 for return and refurbishment on SpaceX-14. ORU 08 (S/N F0002) is currently being re-installed in the N3 MCA and the rear utilities will be left de-mated so that the crew will not need to rotate the rack to install the next available ORU 02 spare scheduled for arrival on SpaceX-15.

Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS) operations: .... Tonight’s operations will conclude with the grapple of Dragon in preparation for unberth next Wednesday, 2 May at 9:32 AM CDT.

Slightly confusing on the MCA components as to whether ORU 08 is coming down or not.

underlining mine...

Looks like from my understanding ORU 02 and ORU 08 (S/N F0001) are coming down while ORU 08 (S/N F0002) is staying up stored to the side.

ISS Daily Summary Report – 4/30/2018

Dragon Cargo Transfer:  The crew continued transferring cargo to the Dragon vehicle today.  Samples were moved from Minus Eighty Laboratory Freezer for ISS (MELFI)-2 and MELFI-3 to the Polar freezers identified for return. Tomorrow, the crew will load the center stack cargo as well as close out and egress the vehicle.  While release of Dragon is currently scheduled for Wednesday, 2 May, the weather forecast at the Prime Recovery site is marginal.  Teams continue to evaluate weather conditions and planners will rescheduled cargo operations if necessary to support a slip to the backup landing date of 5 May.

Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS) Operations: Saturday morning, the Robotics Ground Controllers maneuvered the SSRMS and the Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator (SPDM) Arm2 to stow Robot Micro Conical Tool 2 (RMCT2) on SPDM Tool Holder Assembly 2 (THA2).  After performing the SPDM Backup Drive Unit (BDU) checkouts (required every 180 days), they maneuvered SSRMS as required to stow SPDM on MBS PDGF2.  Next they maneuvered SSRMS to walk off on Node2 PDGF and finally they grapple Dragon Flight Releasable Grapple Fixture (FRGF). SSRMS is now in position for Dragon Unberth and Release planned Wednesday, May 2nd. MSS performance was nominal.

Extravehicular Activity (EVA) Preparations: Today the crew initiated a Metox canister regeneration cycle in preparation for the upcoming US EVA Pump Flow Control System (PFCS) Relocate currently planned on May 16th.  Shortly after initiating the cycle, however, the LAB Carbon Dioxide Removal Assembly (CDRA) unit shutdown due to a fault. Flight Rules do not allow for Metox regeneration when CDRA is unavailable and the operation was terminated and rescheduled for tomorrow.

ISS Daily Summary Report – 5/01/2018

Dragon Preparation for Return:  Weather at the prime Recovery Zone will not support Dragon return tomorrow; release has slipped to the backup date of Saturday, 5 May.  With guidance from stowage experts, the crew re-configured already transferred Dragon cargo and all assets, to include cold stowage, are in a good configuration.  Tomorrow, the crew will relocate payloads and cold stowage from Dragon to ISS as required.  Based on the modified timeline, the crew will resume loading activities, and complete preparations for Dragon for unberth, this Friday. Dragon release is now scheduled at 10:40 AM CDT on Saturday

spacex After a month-long stay at the @ISS, Dragon will detach and return to Earth tomorrow with more than 4,000 pounds of @NASA cargo and research materials. The Dragon spacecraft used to support SpaceX’s fourteenth resupply mission previously delivered cargo to and from the International Space Station in April 2016.
