That looks like the installed MISSE-FF.

Here's a graphic of the MISSE-FF in place for comparison.

The graphic has 11 of the 12 MISSE Sample Carriers (MSC) fitted, whereas the photo above looks like none are fitted yet.

As we have learned, one of the MSC is already installed.

I just remembered that in the Updates thread there was a picture of the Dragon's Trunk with the payloads already integrated: https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=45224.msg1803164#msg1803164

It's launching with at least 1 Sample Carrier slot already filled. [MISSE-FF is the payload in the upper right.  The sample carrier is the blue box hanging off the bottom left corner.  The two similar boxes in the middle of the payload are the payload avionics boxes.]  The 5 additional sample carriers mentioned in that NASA explanation are being transported in the pressurized section of the Dragon, in CTBs.  They will be transferred out through the JEM A/L and robotically installed on the Flight Facility after that is on the ELC.
In the picture above it is on the lower right side.

ISS Daily Summary Report – 4/06/2018

Mobile Servicing System (MSS) SpX-14 Operations: Overnight, the Robotics ground controllers released the Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS) from the SpaceX-14 Dragon Flight Releasable Grapple Fixture (FRGF).  They performed a survey of the Dragon trunk and then unstowed the Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator (SPDM) from Mobile Base System (MBS) Power Data Grapple Fixture 2 (PDGF2).  The Robotics ground controllers configured the SSRMS and the SPDM for the start of the extraction of the Pump Flow Control Subassembly (PFCS) and the Material on ISS Experiment – Flight Facility (MISSE-FF) payloads from the Dragon Trunk.  Later today, ground robotic controllers will extract MISSE-FF and the PFCS from the Dragon Trunk. PFCS will be temporarily stowed on the Enhanced ORU Temporary Platform (EOTP) Side 1 while MISSE will temporarily be stowed on EOTP Side 2.

ISS Daily Summary Report – 4/09/2018

Dragon Cargo Operations:  This weekend, the crew completed several hours of additional Dragon cargo operations to include the transfer of the Invitrobone 1 and 2 payloads.  Today, the crew conducted additional cargo transfers and removed the Dragon Lithium Hydroxide (LiOH) Filter Bag located at the forward starboard quadrant of the Dragon Capsule.  This LiOH filter bag provided Carbon Dioxide (CO2) scrubbing from the Dragon vehicle during free flight.  A new LiOH Filter Bag will be installed into Dragon prior to departure with CO2 scrubbing during berthed ops via the joint atmosphere.  With today’s activities, Dragon cargo operations are complete until later this week.

Dragon Robotic Operations:  Friday night Robotics Ground Controllers removed the new Pump Flow Control Subsystem (PFCS) and Materials International Space Station Experiment (MISSE) from the Dragon trunk.  Saturday, the Robotics Ground Controllers walked the Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS) off Node 2 onto Mobile Base System (MBS) Power Data Grapple Fixture (PDGF)3, unstowed the SPDM and translated the Mobile Transporter (MT) from Worksite 4 (WS4) to WS2.  Sunday ground controllers used Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator (SPDM) to temporarily remove the spare Direct Current Switching Unit (DCSU) from Express Logistics Carrier (ELC)-2 for the MISSE worksite clearance.  MISSE was installed on ELC-2, and heater power applied. SPDM was then used to reinstall the spare DCSU on ELC-2.  This evening the ground robotic specialist will be configuring for PFCS R&R on Tuesday. First, the MT will be translated from WS2 to WS8. Next SPDM will unlock and open the Multilayer Insulation (MLI) cover over the PFCS. Finally SPDM will remove the new PFCS from the Flight Support Equipment (FSE).

Dragon Robotic Operations: Monday night, the Mobile Transporter (MT) was translated from Worksite (WS) 2 to WS 8. The robotics team setup the Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS) and Special Purpose Dexterous Manipulator (SPDM) in preparation for the Pump Flow Control System (PFCS) R&R.  Upon maneuvering the SPDM ORU Tool Changeout Mechanism (OTCM), it was observed in the downlink video that there is a small EVA Nomex handle attached to the PFCS FSE that was very close to the Launch Lock grapple fixture. This delayed robotic operations while the robotic team assessed and gathered views. They were able to successfully maneuver around the strap and the FSE launch locks were released.  Tonight, controllers will complete FSE lid opening, PFCS removal, and installation of the new PFCS onto the P6 Long Spacer after removal and stowage of the degraded PFCS currently occupying that location. The degraded PFCS will be place into the Dragon trunk later this week for disposal after SpaceX-14 unberth next month.

So this is the PFCS going to the P6 truss and replacing another PFCS which will be disposed of in the Dragon
trunk. I assume the PFCS being replaced is the former 2B channel which was moved to a storage slot
on the 2013 May 11 spacewalk (US EVA21).

Dragon Robotic Operations: Yesterday and overnight, ground controllers completed Monday’s deferred robotics tasks to remove the new Pump Flow Control Subsystem (PFCS), brought up on SpX-14, from the Flight Support Equipment (FSE) stowed on the Enhanced ORU Temporary Platform (EOTP). The failed PFCS (commonly referred to as ‘Trippy’ by flight controllers) was then removed from the P6 Long Spacer and the new PFCS was installed in its place. The new PFCS has been powered up and pressures and temperatures are within expected ranges. Tonight, ground operators will install ‘Trippy’ into the FSE, conduct a Mobile Transporter (MT) translation from Worksite (WS)8 to WS6, and Walkoff the Space Station Remote Manipulator System (SSRMS) from the MT to Node 2.
