I recently bought an issue of an old Italian aerospace magazine and I found the two images attached, that I must admit I had never seen before.
they show Zond 5 (in some sort of transport container) being unloaded from the ship Vasili Golovnin in Mumbai.

Very cool. I recently wondered about this peculiar event - a Soviet moonship transiting through an Indian port. Looks like nobody cared, and security was pretty relaxed.

I think the people in the port did not know what was going to be unloaded there.
