China has announced plans to launch 300 (!) Hongyan "global communications" satellites into low orbit, starting later this year.

Maybe China could launch the lot on a single CZ-5 mission?  ;D   Whatever, I see problems in accurately cataloguing all of these satellites.

Low-earth orbit satellite project launched in Chongqing

The project features hundreds of LEO satellites and a global data processing center, which can help realize global two-way communication in real time under complicated geological conditions 24 hours a day upon completion.
The project is expected to boost development of other sectors, including chips, terminals, system integration, operations and training of talent, said a source of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation.

To clarify, this is the current situation at the original 3 Chinese launch sites:

Approximate destination orbit = 1100 km circular? X ?? deg. inclination

As the first of 9 test satellites, could Hongyan-1 meet testing needs from a mid-inclination LEO?  Especially if testing is done from and for PRC territory/latitudes?

And some or all of the other 8 test satellites would later go to LPEO/SSO?

initial inclination = Arccos (sin(azimuth)cos(latitude(JSLC))=Arccos (sin(124.1°)cos(40.96°)) = 51.3°

According to the subforum list: Yes.  38 orbital launch successes in 39 launches.

There's still an outside chance that the Ziyuan-1-02D launch on a CZ-4B from Taiyuan could happen before the year is out. https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=44952.msg1893255#msg1893255

Otherwise, this launch is the last orbital launch for Earth this year!
