Ones previously assigned to this mission were stolen and reassigned to this years ES-A launch. No new serials have been announced yet via the site Stan Black accesses.

An answer to a FAQ from new NSF readers: This is a Russian military launch, from Plesetsk. There (most likely) will not be any live launch coverage.

Heads-up, literally!
Could there be "UFO" (should be IFO) sightings of this launch? It's less than a month before the Northern summer solstice. In the weeks bracketing summer solstice at sub-arctic latitudes, evening twilight transitions directly into morning twilight.
EDIT--launch time is in morning daylight across European Russia and Siberia.

If I parsed the Google translation correctly, the payload is in orbit. Still a ways to go before reaching MEO.
"All pre-launch operations and media start were in normal mode. "Means of the ground automated control complex of spacecraft of the Russian orbital group carried out control of launch and flight of the launch vehicle ",-the Ministry of Defense said."
"In 09:26 MSK was taken to support by ground means of the main test space center named after G. S. Titov Space troops Aerospace forces of Russia ",-the department said."

Great news, but wow - Soyuz rockets really don't care about the weather!
