Congrats to SpaceX, and all of your vendors you buy services from (LOX, RP-1, helium, Range services, FCC and FAA regulatory (required) "services". Thanks for the vision, and execution, to get this rocket designed, built, and into mainstreamed reusable-booster launches!!!!
Best wishes to SES and Luxembourg gmvt GovSat-1 peeps as you begin your multi-year flight hanging around the Clarke Belt.

Elon Musk ✔ @elonmusk
This rocket was meant to test very high retrothrust landing in water so it didn’t hurt the droneship, but amazingly it has survived. We will try to tow it back to shore.

Can we say congrats on the recovery now or do we need to wait 'til she gets back to port?

Congrats to SpaceX. Despite the Falcon Heavy looming a few miles away, they gave GovSat the attention it deserved and it came off beautifully.
So, how do we handle landing bingo for the whole atlantic ocean?

Congrats for the successful launch and successfully soft water landing! We'll consider it a successful recovery if it makes port more or less intact

.
Onward to Falcon Heavy!

I'd love to see a graph of the decline in number of congratulatory posts. The price of The Amazing become The Routine, I suppose.
Anyway, "Great job, SpaceX 45th Space Wing and NSF!!"
Now let's get crackin' on Tuesday and release the Kraken!

I was going to say another run of the mill, make it look easy launch.
But... The rocket survived the splashdown... On a super duper kamikaze landing ! SpaceX just managed to up the game once more.
Glad to see that they haven't settled down, but are conservative enough to try to keep the ASDS away from a dangerous landing and succeed !

Congrats to SpaceX, SES, the range and everybody involved! Many thanks to NSF for coverage.
Great launch and unexpectedly successful landing. Let's hope we will see B1032 again!
