Absolutely amazing, glad I could witness this and glad it was so successful.

I was at work dialed into a conference call but my boss would ask me every few minutes how the launch was going

Congratulations to SpaceX on a nail-biting launch! After years of delays the actual launch campaign went amazingly fast and smooth. All they need now is the final burn to go off without a hitch and they've really done it.

My O My> That was an amazing super feat. I have seen all the launches for over 57 yrs....(May 5, 1961)
This is about as thrilling as any and it was by a start up Space company. Let that sink in......I loved seeing the Shuttle and all the
Delta, Atas etc over the years. But this had an extra feel and made all of us proud of the Space industry here in Brevard County, The Space Coast. Business is thriving again.
And I get to see it all from my backyard just across the river in Port St. John. Fla.
The unbelievable rumble from liftoff shook the windows and a double sonic boom shook them again when the boosters returned to Landing site 1 and 2 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. Gave me goose bumps...:>)
Way to go award to SpaceX.

I am shaking... I can't imagine another day when I felt so thrilled... maybe, except when SpaceX launched BulgariaSat-1 last year

Right now I'd like to thanks Steven, Chris G, Brady, all the NSF gang at KSC and everyone who helped with coverage and Mark for keeping the site up (bar that earlier problem...Note, we were three times the visitors in the end so the improvements have kicked in, but that was incredible demand, so we had to take guests off for a while, but hey! What a day!)

I'm off for a stiff drink.
