Absolutely incredible!!   I've been watching launches since the Project Mercury flights, and it never gets old.

But every once in a while, you get something REALLY special.  This was one of those.

Congrats to everyone at SpaceX.  Well done!

SpaceX -

THAT WAS TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!

I did not know that the real thing could both mimic the simulation, and surpass it.  The dual booster landing... WOW!

And my co-worker here mentioned: "Did you notice who was not at the Web-Cast?  Elon! -  He is actually StarMan riding in his own car!"

Congratulations SpaceX, The NSF team, and all involved in this truly historic occasion!  (And I hope the core landed - only thing we didn’t get to see).

T+28 minutes 22 seconds. Second burn should be happening now. Burn is for 30 seconds to put payload into a 6 hour Earth orbit.

Congrats to the SpaceX team on an amazing accomplishment!  First launches are always tense, you folks show great professionalism and poise.

Here's to many more successes!  Keep up the hard work!

And thanks to Chris B, Chris C, and all the updaters, it wouldn't have been the same without you!

Seems the strapon booster feeds were duplicated,

Yes, they accidentally showed twice the feed from a single booster and nothing from the other.

Congratulation to SpaceX for achieving what many though impossible. Even if you lost the center core, still a huge success and something to improve on further. Also, next time please really show both side boosters and not one twice ;)

Lets do that (even more successful) again later that year. :D

Fantastic, thank you to NSF and congrats to SpaceX! Any chance of a post-launch presser, or would that be after the coast phase?
